Company/Founder History

Paul Terzano graduated Rowan University in 1981 with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.  His first job was with a company providing specialized software for the publishing industry.  Within three years, Paul became vice president of software development and customer support.  At the age of 24, Paul found himself in the board rooms of companies such as Reader's Digest and McGraw Hill.  In addition, Paul spent time with IBM managing major projects, developing/converting software systems and representing IBM products and services to major corporations such as Campbell Soup, DuPont and US Healthcare as a client executive.

In 1985, Paul was introduced to Paul Campise of Campise Reporting in Moorestown, NJ.  It did not take long for the two of them to decide to build a comprehensive management system for court reporting agencies.  At that time, there were few software choices for court reporters and Paul felt he could leverage his experiences/skills to build a world-class software package.  Since then, ReporterSolutions.com has grown into a major provider of management software for court reporters.  Thousands of reporters from around the country (including Canada and Hawaii) benefit from the use of Paul's products and services.

There are several guiding principles that differentiate ReporterSolutions from its competition.  It's because of these principles that the company has continue to prosper when competition has come and gone.  Please review what's important to Paul and decide for yourself whether he is the kind of "partner" you want in managing your business:

  • Quality:  There's no room for software "bugs".  Proper testing and quality reviews are critical to the acceptance of software.  Without it, user confidence can be affected and a software company will suffer.  Since 1984, our products have never had a software failure.  No agency has missed a reporter commission period, lost an invoice, or had any other software related management problem!

  • We Earn Your Money:  Our software is available on a free trial basis.  No "demo" disks ... the complete system.  See for yourself just how easy the software is to use and how its functionality meets your needs.  When you decide to purchase, simply continue to use the software without any loss of your trial data.  We want you to be 100% delighted before you pay any money.

  • Support:  Continued development of our software is key to its staying power.  Have a suggestion or question?  Just call, fax or email us.  We take your comments very seriously.  Our software is built from the experiences and great ideas of reporters all over the country.  We have released more than 200 updates since the first versions were developed.

  • Sound Technology:  We take great care to ensure our software is build with sound, proven computer technologies.  It's not enough for software to "look" good.  It has to perform - reliably and with speed.  Our software is build with the same technology used by banks and other large enterprises that depend on safe data.  We use the same data systems that process over 80% of the world's computer transactions.
