The Reporter File has been renamed the Provider File to accommodate working with other Reporting Agencies, Videographers, Interpreters, etc. Each provider type can have its own job tracking process. Acces$ calendar jobs can now store multiple providers so each provider can have its own notification, confirmation, due date and job tracking process! Assign a reporter, videographer and interpreter to the same job! Included ability to add file attachments to emails in the email queue. Due dates for calendar jobs are automatically calculated based on the Provide Type. You can set the number of days into the future for each Provider Type. You can also indicate if you want Acces$ to just use work days. When using the Job Diary function to copy jobs to future dates, Acces$ will check if the copy-date is too far into the future. (A user can overrides the default tolerance of 90 days.) In addition, after a user specifies the copy-to date, a verification line appears displaying the day-of-week, full month name, day and year of the destination date. Advanced Job functionality was added to the calendar. A job can now be copied to selected days of the week for an entered date range.
