Added ability for Firm/Attorney Lookup and Job Assignment
Sheets to print/display shared Attorney and Firm Comments.

Version 2006.j - Released July 19, 2006

In some instances, when a reporter modified the caption
of a job to correct it for spelling, content, etc.,
Acces$ did not update the case name file.  This may have
created rare situations where the job's case name was
not the same as the case name in the case file.  This
issue has been resolved.

Version 2006.b - Released November 28, 2005

The Job Assignment Sheet was modified to allow for as many
as 80 characters of text on a single line in the Job
Location and Directions fields.  Previously, the maximum
characters per line was 40.  The overall size of the fields
has not changed.
