---------------------------------------------------------- Version 2005.c - Released September 15, 2005 New Feature - A status bar was added to the Job Detail screen detailing cancellation and rescheduling information. The status bar is also used to reinforce a confirmed job or to detail when a job was billed. New Feature - A banner was added across the main menu displaying the reporter's name. The background color and text color of this banner can be personalized by each reporter. This will add an element of "personality"! New Feature - The invoice display window for a job will detail commission payment information. For example: If a reporter is paid when the invoice is paid, this window will now display the invoice's payment history (date and percentage of invoice balance paid). Modification - The job# was added to the main job display. Modification - A was added to the Main Menu. This will refresh the job list, the broadcast message and the message waiting icon. ---------------------------------------------------------- Version 2005.b - Released September 12, 2005 New Feature - Agencies can now broadcast a message to all reporters via the main menu of Acces$ for Reporters. New Feature - Invoice classification descriptions were added to the invoice detail window. This provides the reporter the flexibility to see if their invoice has been classified to collections, etc. New Feature - Ability to lookup other reporter's names, telephone numbers and email addresses. New Feature - Ability for reporters to see what work exceptions are scheduled for them in the coming year. Work exceptions are displayed on a new tab under the "Your Profile" section. New Feature - Commission Report was added. This report is a quick "reference" for the reporters. It is not intended as an offical "payment" sheet since it does not factor Commission Exceptions and does not show . The agency version of Acces$ should be used to create commission reports to pay reporters. Enhancement - The Main Menu has been enhanced to dynamically resize itself based on screen resolutions.
